This is what you will do You have, besides the required civilian pre-education(s), also completed your initial training at the Royal Netherlands Army. You can therefore (after some time) again take up your duties in the communication service. Your tasks will be: - To provide guidance and support to new recruits; - To ensure that all necessary information is available for the new recruits; - To coordinate the intake process of new recruits; - To maintain a good relationship with the new recruits; - To identify potential problems and propose solutions; - To contribute to the development of the communication service.
