This is what you will do You have, besides the required civil pre-education(s), also completed your initial training at the Royal Netherlands Army. You will be working in a team with colleagues from various backgrounds and disciplines. Your tasks will include: • Providing information and guidance to potential candidates; • Conducting interviews and assessments of candidates; • Processing and evaluating applications; • Maintaining accurate records and reports; • Collaborating with other teams and departments. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experience: • Recent military service as a corps officer (1) in the Logistics Medical Service; • Completion of initial training at the Royal Netherlands Army; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and administrative skills; • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
