As captain of the connection service, you were responsible for the coordination and execution of various tasks and projects within the branch/service. This included planning, organizing, and controlling operations, as well as providing guidance and support to personnel. You have extensive knowledge of the organization, procedures, and culture of the Royal Netherlands Army. Your experience and skills are highly valued in this role. This is what we offer You will work at the Bureau for Special Intake of the Royal Netherlands Army, where you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions within the Royal Netherlands Army. You will use your knowledge and experience to identify suitable candidates and ensure that they meet the required qualifications and skills. Your tasks will include: • Identifying suitable candidates through research and selection procedures; • Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for a position in the Royal Netherlands Army; • Providing guidance and support to personnel during the recruitment process; • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and progress throughout the recruitment process.
