Have you recently (between now and 6 years ago) left your military career as a professional soldier and were you then captain of the Information Maneuver-Communication&engagement branch?? And do you want to come back? The Bureau for Special Intake of the Royal Netherlands Army is looking to see if there are opportunities for you to return as a professional soldier.

This is what you'll be doing

You have, in addition to the required civilian education(s), also completed your initial training at the Royal Netherlands Army. You can therefore (after proven suitability) start working directly again as a professional soldier at the Royal Netherlands Army.

This is where you'll be working

We currently have multiple placement opportunities. When you have a preference for a specific direction and/or placement, you can indicate this so that we can take it into account.

After receiving your data, we will start processing your re-entry request. In the assessment, we will look at your military history, references, and previous performance, or whether you are still current enough to be able to start working directly again and try to find a match with a suitable job.

You do not need to attend an information session or briefing to apply. You can apply directly via the button below.

When there is a match, we will naturally contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the opportunities, working conditions, the selection and screening process (which may differ from the regular process) and starting a security investigation.

Your starting salary depends on your age, education level, and experience. As your knowledge and experience increase, so does your salary. In addition to your salary as a military member, you will also receive various structural and incidental allowances. With a full-term service contract, you are entitled to 23-30 days of leave per year. Do you have days left over? Then you can take them under certain conditions to the next year.
