This is what you'll do The work will be carried out within the National Tactical Commando (LTC) of the Royal Marechaussee. The LTC has as its goal to provide a secure environment for the civilian air traffic in the Netherlands, by providing armed security personnel at airports and other locations. Your tasks will include: • Providing guidance and support to team members; • Coordinating and planning operations with other teams; • Ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of people and goods; • Maintaining a high level of situational awareness and being able to respond quickly in emergency situations; • Collaborating with other departments within the Royal Marechaussee. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. security management, law enforcement); • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position; • Proven track record of successfully leading teams; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends; • Possession of a valid driver's license.
