Helper in Heerde

What you will do:

As a Helper, you will support residents at the start of their day and with various daily activities. You will assist with personal care, paying close attention to what an individual can do independently. You will provide support where needed. This way, you help residents to remain as self-sufficient as possible.

You will work at a modern residential location for residents with dementia or intensive physical care needs. Together with your colleagues, you will provide the care and attention residents need. This goes beyond daily care. Making time for a conversation, listening attentively, and paying attention to personal wishes are also part of your job.

As a Helper, you will, among other things:

• Guide and assist residents with their daily care
• Provide support during mealtimes and other daily activities
• Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible
• Ensure a pleasant and safe living environment for residents

What we offer:

• An employment contract with a flexible number of hours, to be determined in consultation
• A gross monthly salary between €2,541.13 and €3,233.35 based on 36 hours, depending on your experience

Requirements:

• You possess the diploma 'Helpende Zorg en Welzijn niveau 2' (Helper Care and Welfare level 2)
• You can use the Dutch language effectively during your work

• You work well in a team and take into account the personal wishes of residents
