As Helpdesk Technician ICT, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with technical questions. You ensure that our infrastructure runs smoothly and contributes to the continuity and performance of our systems. Your tasks:

• You help colleagues with their ICT questions and actively think through solutions;
• You install, maintain, and manage hardware and software;
• You register and document reports carefully and resolve them where possible yourself;
• You coordinate with your colleagues from the ICT team for more complex issues.
