The helpdesk team, composed of professionals, handles calls, registers incidents, performs primary diagnosis and, where necessary, conducts remote interventions to quickly resolve situations. This level also coordinates teams of engineers on site and allocates incidents to higher levels of support.

• Categorizes and prioritizes incidents
• Makes a primary investigation/evaluation and diagnosis of the incident
• Manages the life cycle of incidents and requests
• Escalates (technically/hierarchically) when necessary
• Informs users about the status of services, incidents, and requests
• Conducts remote interventions
• Maintains alert monitoring
