Job Title: Helpdesk Support Engineer Job Location: Singapore The Helpdesk Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support to end-users across hardware, software, network, and application issues. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and ensuring high service availability while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The engineer works closely with IT teams to escalate issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat to end-users across various platforms and systems. • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Escalating complex issues to IT teams for further resolution. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of incidents, including root cause analysis and resolutions. • Collaborating with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Participating in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends. The ideal candidate should possess: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
