Helpdesk / IT-Support (m/w/d)
Job description
We are looking for a temporary employee (m/w/d) in the context of labor leasing at one of our customers to support the Helpdesk / IT-Support department.

Tasks
• Supporting users in the Helpdesk (First-Level-Support)
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of operating systems
• Installation and setup of standard software and application programs
• Acceptance, analysis, and documentation of fault reports
• Supporting users on-site at the lessee's premises
• Telephone support
Qualification
• Knowledge in IT support, particularly with regard to installing operating systems and software
• Experience in a Helpdesk or support environment is desirable
• Sincere and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Car driving license
