Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Helpdesk Engineer for software applications.
Your tasks:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer Key-Users reporting incidents or questions
- Receive, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the helpdesk system
- Perform standard troubleshooting, system resets, basic configuration checks, and guided workarounds
- Monitor system dashboards and alerts for automated storage and conveyor systems
- Assist operators and Key-Users with login issues, user permissions, and routine tasks
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 Support with clear documentation
- Maintain and update the knowledge base with recurring issues and standard procedures
- Support end-user training sessions or refreshers when needed
