Ali Spa Ali Professional, divisione Search & Selection di Ali Lavoro, seeks for a metalmechanical company an IT Support Specialist. The resource will be responsible for the management and resolution of technical problems of users, ensuring the correct functioning of corporate computer systems. This figure will function as a reference point for employees in case of IT problems and will take care of the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and networks. PRINCIPALLY, the resource will have to: • Manage and resolve technical problems of users; • Ensure the correct functioning of corporate computer systems; • Function as a reference point for employees in case of IT problems; • Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and networks. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in IT support; • Knowledge of Windows operating system; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
