Junior IT Help Desk/Service Desk

At the moment we are looking for a JUNIOR IT HELP DESK/SERVICE DESK

The person will be integrated into the Technological Service Desk of one of our important clients in Trieste and will carry out 1st level assistance and support activities for the company's clients and users regarding the use of applications, systems, and IT equipment, as well as regarding the use of telematic services.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma with an IT or Technical-IT specialization;
• Good knowledge and use of the Microsoft Operating System and main applications such as MS Office, MS Explorer, Open Office, MS Outlook;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of other languages such as German, French, Spanish, and Dutch is a plus;
• Good listening, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Passion for IT and technology.
