Ideal Candidate
Requirements
Medium or higher education (preferably IT or technical profile).
Basic knowledge of Hardware/software and network (Windows, Office, email, VPN).
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for entry/mid-level technical issues.
Orientation towards clients and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work organized and prioritize tasks.
Availability for occasional travel to work points in the country depending on needs.
Previous experience as a Help Desk/IT Support role.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Job Description
Handling and registering support requests (ticketing system, phone, email).
Diagnosing and resolving level 1 technical issues (hardware, software, network, internal applications).
Escalating complex incidents to a higher level (L2/L3).
Monitoring and updating ticket status until resolution.
Installing and configuring IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, phones).
Providing basic training to end-users (how to use applications, how to avoid frequent errors).
Maintaining technical documentation and updated procedures.
