Help Desk - Junior

E-Work e-work Spa, sede of Milano, seeks for IT consulting reality, consolidated in the market of Management Consulting and Information & Communication Technology, a Help Desk Junior belonging to the Protected Categories according to law 68/99. The resource will be inserted into the IT team and will be responsible for managing and resolving hardware and software problems, as well as maintaining company workstations (PDL). Main responsibilities: - Provide technical support at first level for resolving hardware and software problems in a corporate setting, both remotely and on-site. - Manage and maintain company workstations (PDL), taking care of installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining devices such as computers, printers, and other technological tools. - Take care of managing and configuring company smartphones, ensuring they are always up-to-date and operational according to company policies. - Create and manage user accounts on platforms like Microsoft 365 and Windows Server, guaranteeing that employees have secure and correct access to company tools and resources. - Collaborate actively with the IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. - Monitor and update operating systems and software to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency in company IT infrastructure. Requirements: - Diploma in computer science - Passion for the world of computing - Belonging to the protected categories L.68/99 Location: Grottaglie (Taranto province). A hybrid work mode is expected. Employment contract type: The employment contract type will be defined based on the experience gained by the resource.
