Staff Spa Agency for Work, branch of Bologna, selects a renowned healthcare company in Bologna HELP DESK IT The candidate, directly reporting to the IT Manager, will be responsible for managing technical assistance requests in system and application areas, user support, and Hel Desk IT. Main activities - Support activities in the field of informatics - PC and corporate device maintenance - Collecting and analyzing customer requests - Collaborating on the management of company applications - Managing access and permissions at the level of the company's domain - Maintaining and monitoring the correct functioning of IT systems - Providing support to employees on the company's administrative software and managing relationships with suppliers. Requirements: Good knowledge of - Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server) - Office 365 usage and administration - PC and printer configuration and installation - Mobile operating systems (IOS/Android) Desired knowledge: - Microsoft Active Directory - Virtualization systems - DBMS (MS, SQL) - Backup systems (Veeam) - Fortigate Firewall - Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on shifts - Proactivity, organizational skills, and problem-solving attitude - Customer relationship management - Ability to work in a team. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in the field of informatics Experience: Desired experience of at least 1 year. Hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday Automation/a Availability: Immediate availability.
