Help Desk Analyst
Job description
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst with the following profile:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Management of Service Desk tools
- Knowledge of Service Desk tools.
- Customer service
FUNCTIONS:
- Provide first-line support to users experiencing software and hardware issues.
- Provide and offer suitable solutions to reported software and hardware problems. • Be the link between customers and the technical department.
- Maintain established service levels.
- Perform attention and follow-up on all received tickets.
