As a Heilpädagogen/Heilerziehungspfleger at Stepke, you will be responsible for planning and implementing pedagogically well-founded educational programs, as well as supporting the development of our kindergarten staff. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a stimulating and child-centered environment that fosters children's curiosity and creativity. Your tasks will include: • Planning and implementation of educational programs based on the principles of Steiner education; • Supporting the development of our kindergarten staff through training and coaching; • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas for pedagogically well-founded educational programs; • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss and evaluate the success of our educational programs.
