We are looking for competent and energetic reinforcement for our interdisciplinary early intervention center in Ulm as soon as possible. There are several open-ended positions available, either full-time or part-time (at least 50%).

• You hold a completed education as a pedagogue with official recognition or equivalent qualification
• Ideal would be if you already have experience in the field of pediatrics
• You convince through social competence, team spirit, and flexibility
• You are enthusiastic about interdisciplinary exchange in your team with ergo-, logo-, and physiotherapeutic colleagues and other professionals (e.g., in daycare centers and specialist services)
• You show good empathy when dealing with children
• You are open to actively contributing to the development of our new early intervention center
• You can identify with the goals and vision of Lifespring Donau-Iller

• You lead pedagogical support programs in our early intervention center, at home, and in daycare centers
• You advise and accompany parents
• You work closely with our network partners
• You are enthusiastic about interdisciplinary teamwork and develop our existing offer conceptually further
• You accompany developmentally delayed children from birth to school age
