At all.medi Köln, you will accompany people with disabilities in their daily lives and development in residential forms, day care centers, or individual assistance. Besides assignments in disability support, you can also work in other departments on request, for example, in kindergartens. Attractive remuneration: up to 26 euros per hour depending on qualification, field of deployment, and experience

Absolutely completed education or study in the pedagogical field, e.g. educator (m/w/d), Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), social worker (m/w/d), Heilpädagoge (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification according to §1 Personalverordnung NRW
Professional competence and joy in working with children, young people, or people with disabilities
Reliable, professional attitude
Your areas of deployment:
Depending on your qualifications and wishes, you will work in various fields, including: residential forms for disability support
Day care centers
Assistance and daily accompaniment
School assistance / participation assistance
In addition possible: assignments in kindergartens of various providers (U3/Ü3)

Your tasks:
Assistance, promotion, and accompaniment of people with disabilities
Support in daily life and strengthening self-reliance
Planning and implementation of activating offers
Observation, documentation, and professional assessment
Collaboration with family members, caregivers, and teams
