We offer you: Above-tariff pay (22.00 to 26.00 euros / hour)
Security in the job you will receive an permanent employment contract from us
32 days of vacation, which you can plan in consultation with your dispatcher

These are your tasks: Promotion of the social integration of children with special support needs into the group community
Individual support and promotion of the children in everyday kindergarten life
Co-design and implementation of pedagogical offers and projects
You develop support plans for your protégés and are responsible for their implementation
Bring your pedagogical expertise into the team and support your colleagues
Trusting cooperation with parents, caregivers and the social environment

This is what you bring: A completed training as a state-recognized Special Needs Educator (m/f/d), Educator (m/f/d) with recognized remedial education training or a completed degree in remedial education (m/f/d)
