Job description
Our company is looking for a Heavy Precast Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are a creative person, detail-oriented and passionate about the construction industry, this position may be suitable for you.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical and commercial project requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers in accordance with client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure offer compliance with company standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients to clarify offer details.
Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in precast concrete design or production is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of technical drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team and under pressure.
