Heavy Machinery Mechatronic Technician
Job description
Staff SpA, Labor Agency, Rome Prati Branch, is seeking and selecting for a client company: 1 Heavy Machinery Mechatronic Technician. The Mechatronic Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of industrial vehicles, with particular attention to mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic systems. They will work in a dynamic and technologically advanced environment, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability of the means. Main responsibilities: - Advanced diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic faults on industrial vehicles, using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. - Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension systems, and traction systems. - Repair and calibration of electronic systems and sensors, including central electronics, ABS, EBS, and driving assistance systems. - Updating and programming of software and central electronics. - Execution of periodic checks and functional tests post-repair to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. - Collaboration with the team to optimize times and intervention methods. - Writing technical reports and managing documentation related to interventions. Requirements: - Technical diploma (preferably in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanics). - Experience of at least 3-5 years in the maintenance and repair of industrial vehicles. - In-depth knowledge of mechatronic systems and technologies applied to industrial vehicles. Technical skills: - Ability to use diagnostic tools (e.g. TEXA, Bosch, Jaltest, Autocom). - Knowledge of CAN-BUS systems and advanced technologies for electronic vehicle management. - Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams. - Familiarity with diesel engine maintenance and emission standards (AdBlue, SCR). Personal skills: - Precision and attention to detail. - Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to technical challenges. - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
