Job description
DasTeam - Use measuring devices to detect the exact cause of the malfunction, list the parts to be replaced or ordered - Perform periodic maintenance services, especially during winter, disassemble and reassemble systems, repair or replace worn-out parts - Cut, saw, cut with a blowtorch, drill, turn, bend, weld - Verify or repair the electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic system of the machine using the manufacturer's diagrams - Check that the engine is properly secured to prevent damage during transport - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan - Use specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks such as tire pressure checks, oil changes, and filter replacements - Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment using technical manuals and diagnostic software - Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents - Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and repairing equipment - Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives - Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques - Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and procedures - Conduct quality control checks on equipment and materials to ensure they meet specifications - Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and models for new equipment or modifications - Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex problems - Develop and implement plans for equipment maintenance and repair - Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to identify and address recurring issues - Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies - Use data analysis tools to track and analyze equipment performance and maintenance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and procedures - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair - Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
