What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial, agriculture, and off-road tires.
- Operate and maintain mobile service truck and equipment safely.
- Perform on-site tire service at customer locations and roadside.
- Perform scheduled fleet tire inspections for commercial clients.
- Diagnose tire-related issues and perform repairs, rotations, and installations.
- Assist shop teammates as needed.
- Run crane service truck for large on-farm repairs.
- Participate in after-hours/emergency service (premium pay).
- Maintain shop, equipment, and trucks.
- Work closely with management and teammates to get the job done right.
- Running crane service truck for large farm repairs including changeovers on-site in a farm setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Experience as a Tire Technician (agriculture, construction, or commercial).
- Mechanical aptitude with fleet vehicles.
- Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and on-call.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy tires (125 lbs) and problem-solve in the field.
