Heat Pump Installer Geleen

Workforce Europe is looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installer who is ready to join our dynamic team in Geleen, Limburg. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of sustainable heating systems for both private and commercial clients.

What we offer

• Hourly wage: €20 – €22, market-conform and up-to-date (September 2025)

• Apartement in shared housing with colleagues or accommodation in hotels, one person per room

• Flexible transportation for higher positions; for assistants or candidates with less than 2 years of experience, own transportation (car) is strongly recommended

• An international work environment where Dutch, English, or German are possible as a working language

What we ask

• At least 2 years of experience as an installer for heat pumps

• Able to work independently and be team-oriented

• A driving license B is a plus
