Role Description This is a full-time remote Healthcare Recruiter role located in New Delhi, India. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various healthcare positions. Key responsibilities include: • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on the requirements of our clients. • Conducting interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process. • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all recruitment activities. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management. • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field. • Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare industry and its dynamics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
