Healthcare IT Implementation Lead

8 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in InterSystems TrakCare implementation. Strong understanding of hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Billing/Revenue Cycle). Experience with InterSystems technologies — Caché, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, or similar HIS platforms. Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards. Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle TrakCare implementations (greenfield or upgrade) with a focus on clinical workflows, data migration, and system integration. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and business stakeholders. Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
