Healthcare Compliance Coordinator (ABA Therapy) - EST hours (Remote)

I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client offering ABA Therapy, is seeking a diligent and personable Compliance Coordinator to ensure timely submission and verification of session notes by their Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). This role involves daily follow-ups with field staff regarding unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day, utilizing the Rethink platform. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all session notes are submitted and verified in a timely manner, and that all RBTs are aware of any outstanding notes. The role also involves providing support to the RBTs as needed, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA Therapy and its principles, and be able to work effectively with a diverse group of professionals. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work EST hours.
