Healthcare Assistant (HCA) - Full time/Part time

Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and support to service users Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Assisting with mobility and transfers. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding. Administering medication (following appropriate training and competency assessment). Monitoring and recording vital signs. Providing emotional support and companionship. Following care plans and individual support plans. Promoting independence and choice. Maintaining a safe and clean environment. Reporting any changes in service users' condition or wellbeing. Communicating effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role is desirable. A caring and compassionate nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and care plans. Good observation skills.
