Job description
Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Health & Safety Officer in the Western Cape region. Responsibilities: * Enforce Health and Safety Policies. * Conduct Audits and Inspections. * Investigate Accidents / Incidents. * Ensure HSE compliance with OSHACT. * Train On-Site Staff in HSE. * Conduct Toolbox Talks. * Review and Approve Sub-Contractor HSE Files. * Submit Weekly and Monthly Reports / Statistics. * Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements. Requirements: * Relevant Health and Safety Qualification. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of OSHACT. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently. * Driver’s License.
