Professional with experience in implementing, personalizing, and supporting specialized ERP systems for the healthcare sector, including hospital management, electronic clinical records, patient administration, and clinical processes. The management of medical ERP systems such as Prisma (Softtek), Epic, Medasist, or any other medical ERP system is essential for this role. Furthermore, it is fundamental to have a good level of English to interact with providers, technical documentation, and equipment manufacturers. In addition, the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop recommendations based on that analysis is crucial. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. It is also essential to have experience in working with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing the current state of the healthcare organization's systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a plan to implement changes.
