Health Coach EOI

Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki is a not-for-profit kaupapa Māori health organisation, based in Hauraki. Providing medical, wellness and community services in Coromandel, Paeroa, Waihi, Te Aroha and Whitianga areas, we have successfully delivered services in Hauraki since 1994. We aim to be a leading indigenous health provider by providing high-quality, whānau-centred services in the Hauraki locality. We are looking for a Health Coach to join our Ohu Hinengaro (primary mental health) team. This non-clinical role will work closely with our clinical team to provide support and guidance to individuals and whānau who are experiencing mental health issues. The successful candidate will have experience in coaching, mentoring or supporting individuals and whānau to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. You will be required to work collaboratively with our clinical team, other health professionals and community stakeholders to develop and deliver culturally appropriate services that meet the needs of our clients. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Health Coach to join our dynamic team and contribute to improving mental health outcomes in the Hauraki region.
