Job description
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–9+ years of functional or business analysis experience in Health Care Domain.
Role Summary:
The Functional Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications for SSIS, Reporting and other data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and data requirements
- Define functional specifications for data models, rules, and workflows
- Support functional and UAT testing
- Validate data quality, business rules, and outcomes
- Create functional documentation and user guides
- Support post-implementation stabilization
Must to Have
- Having knowledge in healthcare domain.
- Understanding of SQL concepts and data governance
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Agile delivery experience
