Health Care Assistant
Job description
Location: Hutt Hospital Contract: Casual Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders. About the Role As a casual Health Care Assistant, you will support the nursing and midwifery teams to provide an excellent standard of care to patients in a wide variety of clinical settings. This is a busy and interesting role including the provision of delegated patient care, support for patients with complex needs, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
