About the Role: We are seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join our agency staffing service, providing high-quality care in care home and community settings. Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 year’s UK-based care experience (care home or community setting) Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service Completed mandatory training in line with UK Care Standards. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A caring and compassionate nature. Main Responsibilities: Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. Administering medication as per care plans. Supporting residents with mobility and transfers. Providing emotional support and companionship. Monitoring and recording residents’ health and well-being.
