As a Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager, your role is key to driving improvements on-site and at a regional level. You'll help your colleagues maintain high standards, all while driving a culture of safety and inclusivity on your site. Key job responsibilities Manage your team on-site, whilst regularly collaborating with other teams across the company Use internal reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to improve health and safety performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Amazon policies Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
