Job Description Job Description Are you an amazing Health and Safety Advisor? We’re looking for a talented Health and Safety Advisor to help us keep the good energy flowing. In this role, you'll be part of a team delivering H&S best practice to Clarus' operations and activities. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a hybrid working environment, who work within an atmosphere where autonomy and flexibility compliments the challenging and interconnected nature of our work. As Health and Safety Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: • Providing expert advice on health and safety matters to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice. • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with Clarus' operations and activities. • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures. • Monitoring and reporting on health and safety performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters. • Maintaining accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in health and safety legislation and best practice, and applying this knowledge to inform your work.
