Job description

Competent care and need-oriented provision of our patients
Collegial, cooperative interaction in the team as well as with other professional groups
Implementation of current treatment-, care- and documentation standards
Planning and monitoring of the care process
Nursing conversations, crisis interventions
Participation in nursing group offers (morning/ closing rounds, mindfulness group, group activities)
Taking over organizational tasks (therapy and weekly planning) in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
Participation in team meetings and supervision
