Health and Nursing Assistant (m/w/d) for our internal medicine station with a psychosomatic focus
Job description
- Competent care and need-oriented provision of our patients
- Collegial, cooperative interaction in the team as well as with other professional groups
- Implementation of current treatment-, care- and documentation standards
- Planning and monitoring of the care process
- Nursing conversations, crisis interventions
- Participation in nursing group offers (morning/ closing rounds, mindfulness group, group activities)
- Taking over organizational tasks (therapy and weekly planning) in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
- Participation in team meetings and supervision
