Headworker (m/w/d) Approach/Filling

We are looking for two full-time workers (m/w/d) for our client Roche in Mannheim for a period of 18 months starting from the next possible date. Your tasks will include:

• Vorbereitung/Nebenprozesse/Monitoring: Providing equipment to ensure production; conducting microbiological environmental controls; documenting the aforementioned activities in the manufacturing instructions and on GMP forms; filter tests of product and ventilation filters
• Approach / API-Handling: Independently preparing approach solutions; performing and monitoring the activation process of active substances; preparing/cleaning/disinfecting and operating complex production equipment; documenting the aforementioned activities in the manufacturing instructions and on GMP forms; cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings in RKL C and higher
• Filling: Independently preparing/cleaning/disinfecting and operating complex production equipment; documenting the aforementioned activities in the manufacturing instructions and on GMP forms
• Optical Control/Transport: Independently preparing/cleaning/disinfecting and operating complex optical control equipment; providing equipment to ensure production; semi-automatic and manual inspection of syringes and vials; documenting the aforementioned activities in the manufacturing instructions and on GMP forms; transporting waste, packaging materials, and finished bulk goods
• Weight Center (EWZ): Independently preparing, weighing, and re-processing the weighing processes
• Operator Asset Care: Taking over visual inspections of equipment; supporting maintenance activities

Your qualifications:

• Completed training ideally as a pharmacist/chemist (m/w/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in the aforementioned environment or production (especially experience in parenteralia production and/or in the clean room area is advantageous)
• Safe German language skills in writing and speaking
• Working in a hygiene environment
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel)
• Communication and team skills, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, flexibility
