Position: Headteacher Location: Dibden Park School, Southampton SO45 5TD Salary: Up to £85,000.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata) plus £5,000 relocation package (dependent on location) Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Start: February/March 2026 We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced Headteacher to lead Dibden Park School, a specialist SEMH school, and drive outstanding outcomes for our students. As the Headteacher of Dibden Park School, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Governors and other stakeholders to ensure the continued success and growth of the school. You will also be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the school’s vision and values, as well as ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all students and staff.
