Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless, attentive, and professional table service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and wine pairings, to offer informed recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in the dining areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
