Humangest spa, Specialized Company in Research and Selection of Personnel, is seeking for a important client company operating in the luxury Hotel/Horeca sector, a Chef de Rang. The resource, inserted within the staff, will be responsible for: · Welcoming clients with high standards of courtesy and professionalism; · Presenting and recommending the menu; · Taking orders and managing autonomous service at tables; · Responding to requests and questions from clients, ensuring an impeccable experience; · Presenting dishes and serving courses punctually; · Collaborating with the table and kitchen team to ensure fluidity and efficiency. We require: · Previous experience in high-level restaurant/hotel contexts; · Excellent knowledge of the English language; · Good standing and strong customer orientation; · Availability for nighttime service; · Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments; · Professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality; · Preferable residence in Milan. We offer: Direct insertion into client company on a fixed-term contract, with RAL and reclassification based on experience + bonuses for nighttime/weekend work; Working hours: 5 days from Monday to Sunday with 2 rest days, with evening shifts, fixed from 18:00-02:30 or 19:00-03:30/20:00-04:30; Place of work: Milan Center (MI). #nordovest The selection will take place after prior information on data protection pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and exclusively after explicit consent from the candidate.
