Role & Responsibility
The incumbent should have sound experience in Income Tax Law, State Labour Law, and local legal requirements in existing and new legislation.
Cross Checking of reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and gratuity. Sound knowledge of payroll-related compliances like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity & Income Tax.
In-depth understanding of TDS, Employee Income Tax Slabs, Exemptions, and deductions available under different sections of Income Tax Law. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with the management team. Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management.
