A leading Financial Services company is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as Head of Wealth and Financial Planning. You will be responsible for client engagement and leading a cross-functional team of Advisory specialists. Responsibilities: Personal and Juristic Transactional banking Structured Lending Local and offshore Wealth Management Cash Investment solutions Long and Short-term Savings and Investments, including but not limited to: Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Investment Planning, and Financial Planning. You will be expected to: Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth and financial planning strategy for the company, in collaboration with the Executive Committee. Lead and manage a team of Advisory specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of financial planning services with the company's overall strategy. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation, and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, with a focus on wealth and financial planning. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
