Head of Trials EMEA North

We are looking for a Head of Trials EMEA North to further develop and grow this ambition. Your Job The Head of Trials leads, builds and coaches a professional and customer-centric trial organisation and local Product Development organisational team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing trial strategies, ensuring the quality and integrity of trials, and providing expert advice on trial design and execution. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant breeding, genetics or related fields, with experience in leading and managing teams.
