Head of Travel Insurance Claims

We are a PE-backed firm, on our 10 to 100 journey, developing exciting travel insurance, assistance and value-added products for the B2B travel space. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, Tata Digital, MakeMyTrip etc., and are incubated by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses. We are looking for a Head of Travel Claims to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the claims management process, coordinating with our insurance and TPA partners, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints, managing relationships with key stakeholders, developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and providing guidance and support to team members.
