As part of this effort, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Trading & Portfolio Management team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize trading performance, manage risk, and drive growth within the Indian market. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize losses; • Managing and optimizing the portfolio of energy assets; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners; • Providing thought leadership and expertise in the field of Trading & Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have: • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, engineering); • At least 8 years of experience in trading and portfolio management, preferably in the energy sector; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and leadership abilities; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
