Head of Testing

Your mission Indivi is a TechBio company enabling precision and personalized medicine to become a reality in neuroscience research and development. Your profile As Head of Testing, you will play a key role in driving the overall Verification and Validation (V&V) strategy across our complex Digital Health products. You will ensure extensive test coverage, define test strategies, create and maintain test plans, and manage test execution. You will also build and lead a team of talented Test Engineers. Responsibilities * Develop and implement the overall V&V strategy for Digital Health products. * Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures. * Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers. * Oversee test execution and report on test results. * Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all product areas. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, development, clinical) to ensure product quality. * Identify, document, and track software defects. * Drive continuous improvement of the testing process. * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA). Skills and Experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven experience in developing and implementing V&V strategies for complex software products. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Experience with Digital Health products or medical device software is a plus. * Experience with FDA regulations is a plus.
