ConnectingCase stands for reliable 5G connectivity on construction sites, in industry, and at government agencies.
After five successful years, we are developing our organization further – particularly in the technical area.

We are looking for an experienced person who will structurally elevate our technical operations department to the next level.

Tasks

You bring structure to our technology – and lift it to the next level.

• Tech project planning & coordination
• Steering of technicians, or external installation partners
• BUILDING OF STANDARDS & PROCESSES
• 2nd-Level-Support & Escalation management
• Quality assurance of our solutions

You will work directly with the executive board and actively build the technical operations department.

Qualification

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Electrical Engineering, IT or comparable
• Very good understanding of IP networks, routing, VPN
• Experience in project coordination or technical management
• Analytical, structured, decision-making strong
• High quality standards and ownership mindset
